Jewelry: Dejunked

My jewelry needed some desperate organization so I took a little time to make some order of it all. It was a fun project, and now I can easily find the pieces I want to wear. Without further ado, the result is below.
(More information following photos)

Some items I used for my "new" jewelry space include:
1) Antique cups and saucers to hold my bracelets (Photo 2 and 6)
2) Gold branch display to hold earrings (Photo 3)
3) Childhood jewelry box for my favorite pieces (Photo 1)
4) Compote dish for watches (Photo 4)
5) Wire mannequin to hold longer necklaces (Photo 5)
6) Painting that continues the theme of cups and saucers and brightens the closet space

Below are some other jewelry dislays that I love and inspired my project:

How do you display/keep your jewelry? What different items and/or dishes have you used to hold your favorite pieces? I would love to hear from you!

  1. Hi, just found your blog. I'd love to take the time to organize my own pieces of jewelry in a more attractive way. I love your use of the antique cups. I've put so much time into redecorating the public spaces in my home that I've been neglecting the little private areas that are just for me.

  4. Very nice! I am a little jealous!! I started organizing my jewelry one day but got overwhelmed and moved on ;) I did find these great divided lucite boxes at the Container store that are perfect for holding smaller earrings...no more searching for the missing pearl earring anymore!

  10. Wow. I am honestly just sitting here drooling over your jewelry. ;) But I do love how you have organized it. It is always a challenge for me to find new ways to keep my jewelry from dissapearing.

  11. I love the way you've done this...especially the earrings on the branch organizer. Unfortunately I've been addicted to jewelry for as long as I can remember and have designed jewelry myself for several years...organization is a nightmare with the amount of pieces I have. Maybe someday I'll get this organized. At least I hope so. ;)

  12. Adore all of the perfectly mismatched tea cups! Normally I love very clean, borderline-minimal style, but I get all warm and fuzzy for tea cups of all styles.
